Located in Canford Cliffs, our recent residential extension project involved the installation of 22 screwpiles to strategically enhance both the existing garage and terrace area. Executed by the dedicated team at Screwpiling UK for the trusted local client MPS Building Contractors, known for their successful projects, the renovation achieved an average depth of 6 metres for each 76mm diameter screwpile within a 1-week timeframe. Our 8-ton Kubota excavator was utilized, and expectations were not only met but surpassed, establishing a highlight for excellence in construction.
